  • We currently deliver across Central and Greater London. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. For large event installations, we provide a bespoke logistics quote.

  • For our daily bouquets, delivery fees are calculated by postcode at checkout. Our standard London delivery starts from £15

  • If no one is available, our couriers will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or with a neighbor and leave a calling card. Because our products are perishable, we cannot take responsibility for flowers left unattended.

  • Our standard delivery window is between 9 AM and 6 PM. If you require a guaranteed time slot (e.g., "before 11 AM" or a specific 2-hour window), this can be arranged for an additional priority fee. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

  • Under UK law, fresh flowers are "perishable goods" and are exempt from standard returns. However, if your flowers arrive damaged, please send a photo to us within 24 hours, and we will offer a replacement or a refund.

  • We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will incur the full cost, as we will have already ordered your specific blooms from our suppliers.

  • We need at least 48 hours' notice for any changes to bouquet orders. For events, changes to the design or scale must be finalized 21 days prior to the date.

  • For full-service event styling (including on-site setup), we have a minimum spend of £1,000. For smaller intimate gatherings, we offer a "drop-off" service with no minimum spend.

  • Yes! We have a curated collection of vases and decor items available for hire. These remain the property of 8 Flora Limited and must be returned or collected after the event. Any broken or missing items will be charged at replacement cost.

  • Most London venues have strict rules regarding "no open flames" or "no hanging installations." We are happy to coordinate with your venue manager to ensure our designs are compliant and safe.

  • Flowers are a product of nature. While we always stick to the color palette and "vibe" you’ve chosen, we may substitute specific stems depending on what is freshest at the market that morning.

  • Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle, use clean lukewarm water, and keep them away from direct sunlight, heaters, and fruit bowls (the gas from fruit makes flowers wilt faster!).

  • We strive to be an eco-conscious startup. We prioritize seasonal blooms and use floral-foam-free techniques for our installations whenever possible to reduce our environmental footprint.

  • Yes! Our preserved collection (including our signature Heart Roses) consists of 100% real flowers. They have undergone a special preservation process where the natural sap is replaced with a plant-based formula. This keeps them looking and feeling fresh for 1 to 2 years without ever needing water.

  • Preserved flowers are low-maintenance but high-luxury. To keep them beautiful, follow the 8 Flora "No-No" List:

    • NO Water: Water will damage the preservation liquid and ruin the petals.

    • NO Direct Sunlight: This can cause the colors to fade over time.

    • NO Touching: The petals are delicate; oils from your hands can damage them.

    • NO High Humidity: Keep them in a cool, dry room. If they get dusty, use a very soft brush or a gentle puff of air.
